This is authentic Bulgarian heirloom Yogurt Starter, the
same as our original Bulgarian yogurt starter, only with added extract
from the famous Bulgarian Rose Damascena, known as the Queen of roses.

It makes genuine Bulgarian yogurt (kiselo mlyako) of exceptional
quality with classic Bulgarian yogurt taste, thickness, acidity and
aroma. Then we added just a small amount of Damascus rose extract for a
hint of rose aroma and just the slightest touch of rose taste and, most
importantly, for all the health benefits of Damascus rose.

This is an authentic classic original Bulgarian heirloom yogurt
starter culture made with naturally sourced lactic acid cultures,
isolated from natural sources in ecologically preserved areas in
Bulgaria. It is produced and packaged in Bulgaria.

Each pack contains loose powder mix, in perfect proportions, of the
two strains required to make Bulgarian yogurt — lactobacillus bulgaricus
and streptococcus thermophilus. It makes thick, creamy and absolutely
delicious yogurt.

Bacillus Bulgaricus yogurt starter is fully natural with no
additives, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. It contains no
GMO ingredients and it is gluten free.

It is manufactured and harvested in a strictly regulated sterile
environment so it does not contain nor it has been in contact with nuts,
soy and other common allergens.

This is a heirloom yogurt starter with live active bacteria, which
means that you can reuse yogurt from your previous batch to culture your
new batch, for as long as you wish.

Each pack contains freeze-dried live active lactic acid yogurt
starter cultures. Since the bacteria is grown on organic dried milk
powder, the pack also contains a minute (very small) quantity of dried
organic milk powder, which is completely consumed by the bacteria during
fermentation. The resulting yogurt is completely lactose free if made
with dairy milk and completely dairy-free if made with dairy-free milk.

Type: Heirloom Bulgarian yogurt starter. This means
that you can make endless batches of Bulgarian yogurt, simply reusing
your previously made yogurt to start a new batch.

Storage

Store the Bulgarian Yogurt with Rose starter in the FREEZER.

Use by the date indicated on the label.

Bacillus Bulgaricus starters are shipped in sealed sachets.

Transporting the packs (i.e. shipping them
to you) at ambient temperatures (even in the warmest climates) is
perfectly OK and will not damage the live cultures. We use a
freeze-dried process that keeps the strains alive and comfortable even
during long trips in hot weather.

Once you receive your starter packs – pop them in the freezer for best storage.
